Corporate Social Responsibility

For the ZAFIRA Group sustainability is about balancing economic success, environmental management and social progress to benefit all our stakeholders.

Sustainability considerations cover how we specify, procure and manufacture products, what we offer customers, how we engage suppliers, how we assess risks and opportunities, and how we behave in the communities where we operate and towards one another, while striving to endure the health, safety and security of our employees, contractors, and others affected by our activities. It is also our policy to establish and maintain appropriate procedures to evaluate and select major suppliers and subcontractors on their ability to meet the requirements outlined in our company’s Policies and code of Conduct and further detailed in the Zafira Supplier Manual.

The Zafira Code of Conduct is based on the ILO’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the OECD’s guidelines for multinational companies, and the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
